Our ideal candidate will bring their water and sewer experience to the Development Assessment portfolio in a growing and developing region. You like working autonomously and as part of a team as you engage with developers, consultants and internal stakeholders. Your developed stakeholder engagement and management skills will be useful as you assist in the resolution of application issues. Key activities of this role include: Assess water management act applications and determine requirements relevant to various types of development; Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient creation of new water and sewerage assets by developers; Review engineering plans associated with water and sewer main extensions and relocations; Determine Developer Charges payable to various development types. This role provides a salary range of between $75.1k to $90.1k per annum + superannuation. A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role. This arrangement may be subject to change.
