Going the extra mile for our customers

We’re always making sure to go the extra mile for our customers. In the last 12 months, we’ve:

  • received over 500,000 calls to our Customer Service teams
  • provided more than $900,000 in financial support
  • gave over 15,000 customers extra time to pay their bills
  • granted more than 40,000 special payment arrangements

Ongoing innovation

In response to COVID-19, we’re ensuring that no matter what happens, we can continue to provide our essential services. Our teams built a mobile water quality testing van, which contains all the essential equipment you would find in our water filtration plant laboratories and control rooms, on wheels. This means that no matter what, our teams can safely conduct essential tests on Sydney’s drinking water to ensure we provide world-class water services to our customers.
