Key Deliverables of the position: Delivery of the works program on-time, within budget while achieving scope and quality requirements. Finalisation of the detailed program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility. Development of a detailed program delivery plan for tracking of performance. Measured project performance and variances using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Anticipated and managed changes in project scope, schedule and cost. Routine reporting to management. Coordinated activities of internal resources, design consultant and construction contractor/s. Coordinated easement acquisition and environmental/legislative approvals/compliance (including odour, noise, riverine, ecological assessments and Environmental Authority conditions). Managed relationships between the internal resources and stakeholders, external stakeholders, regulators, consultants and contractors. Managed and mitigated project risks. Comprehensively recorded project documentation. About You To be successful in this position, You will likely have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience within the water/sewer services industry, including sewage collection and pressure transfer systems. You have a passion for, and significant and successful experience in the management, planning, procurement and delivery of large multi-disciplinary programs of work. You are a ‘can do’ person who has effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills. You have a high level of interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills, including an ability to understand and articulate complex issues. You can integrate zero harm, stakeholder satisfaction and financial responsibility during the delivery of the works program.
