This role can be located in Hobart or Launceston. Key Accountabilities Build, develop and coach teams and individuals to achieve business and customer outcomes. Manage departmental finances and physical resources to achieve optimal effectiveness and productivity. Lead the integration of systems and practices to achieve a holistic, customer focussed approach across the department. Lead, support and facilitate productivity improvement and change initiatives. Develop, implement and advise on strategic issues and improvements to TasWater’s regional area capability. Work closely with other teams across TasWater to coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and complaints. Your Application Your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the selection criteria in the Position Description, summarised as follows: Degree in a relevant discipline such as Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent competence. High level leadership skills and experience, with proven ability to inspire, coach and mentor others. Substantial experience leading change management and continuous improvement processes. Excellent financial and budget management skills. Good skills and understanding of relevant computer systems and software including MS Office and asset information databases.
