Our Water Team in Tasmania is growing, and we are seekingCivil EngineerswithWater Infrastructureor broaderCivil Designexperience to support and deliver our diverse range of challenging and interesting projects, working with pipelines, sewers, storages, stormwater, surface water and wastewater treatment plants.
Based inHobart,LauncestonorBurnie, you'll work as part of our experienced team, and have a balance of technical work, project management, construction phase involvement, operation support, business development and client engagement.
In Tasmania, we have a long-standing relationship with the water sector, municipal councils, state government and broader industry, and we’ve recently been awarded a long-term partnership with a major Tasmanian irrigator.
Through your work with Tasmania's unique water resources, you’ll be making a contribution to our farming, food production and export industries, and playing your part in supporting our local economy, our community and water security.

Planning and design for water and broader industrial projects
Producing design drawings, reports, and technical documents
Project management and project support
Sharing skills and expertise through being a mentor and/or mentee within our collaborative and supportive team environment
What would you bring to the team?
3 – 15 years of experience in civil engineering, including some water infrastructure experience
Civil and hydraulic design skills in pipelines, sewers, storages, stormwater, surface water and wastewater treatment plants
Experience in producing and/or reviewing design reports, specifications and tender documentation
Project management or project support experience
Experience in the development of engineering drawings
Experience in the use of civil and hydraulic design software
