Description

Account Manager, representing ‘world-first’ water monitoring technology into the Water industry, Environmental Monitoring groups and Enterprise.

  • Exceptional client management capability
  • Emerging Water Technology
  • Exceptional Rewards for your specific expertise

Join us at Eco Detection where we're revolutionising environmental monitoring with our state-of-the-art platform. Our innovative technology integrates cutting-edge sensors, cloud-based reporting, and predictive analytics to provide real-time monitoring and testing of water resources. As we continue to expand, we're seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and champion our groundbreaking solutions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with government organisations, water authorities, NGOs, research institutes and industry leaders to address pressing environmental challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, overseeing installations and sensor operations, and delivering actionable insights through our Data as a Service (Daas) platform.

We're looking for a passionate water professional who is excited to work with a disruptive organisation at the forefront of monitoring technology. If you're well-connected within the industry and have a track record of developing successful customer strategies, we want to hear from you. You'll play a key role in driving sales, fostering partnerships, and educating clients about our innovative technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong connections within water authorities and environmental monitoring groups, along with a proven ability to articulate our value proposition to clients. While technological savvy and a background in water chemistry are important, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. You'll have the support of our technical specialists and field service team to assist with client interactions and reporting.

In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive six-figure salary, car allowance, superannuation, and bonus opportunities. This hybrid role provides a balanced mix of client-facing responsibilities and collaborative teamwork within our dynamic and passionate team.
