As we continue to expand, we're seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and champion our groundbreaking solutions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with government organisations, water authorities, NGOs, research institutes and industry leaders to address pressing environmental challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, overseeing installations and sensor operations, and delivering actionable insights through our Data as a Service (Daas) platform.

We're looking for a passionate water professional who is excited to work with a disruptive organisation at the forefront of monitoring technology. If you're well-connected within the industry and have a track record of developing successful customer strategies, we want to hear from you. You'll play a key role in driving sales, fostering partnerships, and educating clients about our innovative technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong connections within water authorities and environmental monitoring groups, along with a proven ability to articulate our value proposition to clients. You'll collaborate closely with our engineering and technology teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

While technological savvy and a background in water chemistry are important, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. You'll have the support of our technical specialists and field service team to assist with client interactions and reporting.

A technical degree or diploma would be advantageous; however, a broader understanding of core water market terminology and chemistry is an important requirement of the role.
Ideally, at least 5 years water industry experience.
Experience in customer engagement, from either a technical service and/or product sales perspective.
Demonstratable usage of a CRM or project management software tool.
Must be a team player.
Good communication and numeracy skills.
Excellent time management.
