The opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of more than 130 people, who focus on maintenance of the network and our plants, as well as engineering and delivery planning.
You will need to be an outstanding people leader who champions our values of openness, safety and excellence, and can demonstrate change management experience with the ability to implement key business initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing provision of safe and efficient maintenance works on our water and sewerage systems and assets to provide reliable services to our customers. Your week will be spent both in the field and in an office, and could involve:
