We're looking for a passionate and talented Executive Assistant and ‘all-rounder’ to provide administrative support to our newly appointed CEO and to become an integral part of our senior management team (SMT). Executive Assistance: Provide executive support to the CEO and to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the CEO office, this includes:
Proactive diary management, screening calls, preparing correspondence, high quality reports and presentations;
Managing the booking of domestic and international travel and accommodation;
Coordinating and participating in the regular SMT meetings;
Liaising with Board Directors and their EAs; monitor and manage Board meeting dates, schedules and timelines;
Assisting with the management of CEO & President led events as required in conjunction with the events team.
Board Papers: manage the efficient preparation and distribution of Committee, Sub-Committee and Board papers, always ensuring quality and a professional finish to allow for ease of readability and access of information.
IT Administration: Be recognised as the “go-to” person for all IT related matters; co-ordinate the purchase of new hard and software, and act as the conduit between staff and our outsourced IT providers to ensure IT matters are resolved quickly.
Project Management: Manage small projects to deliver milestones on time and within budget, e.g. implementing new software tools across the team including championing their use and implementation.
General Office Support: Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support for the office and share the duties of the daily office set up in the meeting rooms and kitchen maintenance as required.
This role provides regular interaction with the Senior Management Team. There will be plenty of opportunity to contribute and have a direct impact on the delivery of the Association's strategic plan.

To be successful: You are a self-starter, problem-solver, high organised and people-person. We need someone that can be relied on to take responsibility of a problem/task and find a solution without the need to be guided through it. The successful candidate will be reliable, resilient and have a positive “can-do” attitude, plus:
5+ years’ experience as an EA or similar with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Operates with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, judgement and integrity;
Digitally savvy with sound MS Office suite skills e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams PowerPoint and Excel and other communications tools such as Zoom.
Works well under pressure, maintains calmness and can juggle conflicting priorities.
Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work flexible hours
