The Water Business Services Manager as a leader within Council’s Water Utility, Shoalhaven Water provides quality leadership whilst overseeing the day to day operations of the Water Business Services section. Teams reporting to the position include Business Operations, Accounts & Business Services, Metering & Levies and Compliance & Accounts Management.
In the role you will be responsible for a dedicated team of 20 focused on delivering valued services to the Shoalhaven community who are our customers. The successful applicant will bring well-developed leadership skills, an attitude aligned with Council’s values, a degree in Business, Commerce or another relevant discipline and a passion for smart business.
