Based in Seymour, the role of Team Leader - Distribution will require you to lead and drive the operational performance of the corporation’s South West Distribution team, ensuring service delivery objectives are met.
Drawing on previous experience, and as part of the South West Management team, you will set the standard for safety and develop a culture of service excellence, team work and open communication throughout the team.
Relevant extensive experience in operations and maintenance in the water, or similar, service industry, leadership and proven skills in project management, will ensure your success in the role.
Cert 4 in Water Industry Operations (or equivalent) is essential along with leadership qualifications complemented with proven experience.

We provide water and wastewater services to a population of 125,000 (over 60,000 customers) in 54 towns who are connected to 37 water supply systems and 26 wastewater management facilities.
Our region extends from the outskirts of Melbourne in the south, to the Murray River in the north, covering approximately 20,000km2. With an extensive irrigation district and network of rivers and creeks our bulk water supply is principally sourced from the Goulburn, Broken, Murray, Steavenson, Rubicon and Delatite River systems and a number of smaller local streams including Sunday Creek and Seven Creeks.
