As an Industry Lead, Water you will be responsible for assisting the Water Market Sector Leader to develop and implement a growth and delivery strategy for a variety of exciting Victorian water projects. You’ll be a key member of our Water and Environment team, who has secured a variety of challenging projects. This includes supporting Melbourne Water in delivering better outcomes for the industry, community and environment through its latest Engineering Services Panel. KBR is part of a team (known as Water4Good) that is striving to create a positive legacy through supporting social and sustainable initiatives on projects.
You will develop and maintain strong client relationships and keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge. You communicate proactively with clients to maintain a pipeline of leads and secure sustainable and profitable water engineering & consulting projects
You will also contribute as a member of the project team, or act as a technical specialist during the project execution phase. You will provide leadership and guidance to project and bid teams on assigned consulting opportunities. In addition to assisting with delivery, you will supervise project work to ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards for our clients.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
Hold relevant and accredited degree in engineering or environmental science
Extensive experience in a water consulting environment
Demonstrated experience in a Sales / Marketing Leader or Business Management role.
Strong contacts within the water engineering and construction industry.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
