Our core sectors of expertise are water utilities, communities, agribusiness, industries, government agencies. We focus on building a strategic, tailor-made approach to advice serving an expansive range of clients around their water issues and recently we have strongly focused on resource recovery including water, nutrients and energy recycling for the food industry.
About the role
We are looking for a qualified Environmental/Process Engineer to join our team and work focused on developing projects for the red meat industry. In this role you will be required to work in the whole project lifecycle, from client engagement up to final project delivery. You will be working close to clients and water authorities together with water specialists on projects development and delivery. You shall be responsible for performing design, contractors coordination and final project delivery.
Conducting case assessment, site visit, wastewater and organic waste collection for analysis, characterisations and further data processing
Think forward towards sustainable and circular economy aspects and consider optimisation of resources (water, nutrients, energy) during concept development and planning stages
Design (model process and hydraulics) and deliver integrate wastewater and biogas plant design, report preparation ensuring regulatory compliance and timeframes
Undertake economical assessment and feasibility analysis for decision making process on asset implementation
Maintain relationship with client and sub-contractors, coordinate project engineering, drafting and design
Keep up to date within latest technology while involved in research and development
Work independently, multitask and coordinate project engineering

Australian Permanent Resident
Tertiary qualification in Environmental/Sanitation Engineering (Post Graduation is required)
Minimum four years’s experience working with water and wastewater infrastructure projects design
Previous experience focused on resource recovery and circular economy for the red meat industry on the Australian Market
Experience in integrated wastewater and biogas plants’ design including water recycling
