You will undertake asset performance analysis, condition and criticality assessments to support effective maintenance and renewal planning, and undertake hydraulic modelling assessment to drive asset efficiency and performance. This role can be located in Hobart or Tasmania. Key Accountabilities Manage and work within and across teams, liaising with engineers and specialists to ensure accurate and comprehensive outcomes. Ensure and demonstrate awareness of environmental, customer and community impacts, balancing risk, productivity and cost with the zero harm philosophy. Apply established and innovative engineering methods to complex problems and review, recommend and implement initiatives to improve asset performance. Lead and train engineers and other employees in engineering methodologies and relevant systems. Support the implementation of changes in strategic or technical direction.
